Blue is not landscape. It is a place where memory settles. Layers accumulate. Gravity leaves traces. Between intention and chance, time becomes part of the painting.

Youngmi Kim is a Korean abstract painter based in Seoul.
She holds a BFA from Sungshin Women's University College of Fine Arts and has spent nearly two decades developing a visual language centered on blue, memory, time, gravity, and silence.
Through layered surfaces and flowing pigment, her paintings explore the traces that remain between intention and chance.
